Manitoba Urban Native Housing Association
Overview
The Manitoba Urban Native Housing Association ("MUNHA") is a network of 15 Aboriginal non-profit organizations with primary or secondary mandates to provide housing services to Aboriginal families in urban centres across Manitoba. MUNHA provides a variety of service and coordination supports to its membership, including advocacy efforts on behalf of low-income families. The organization works towards a collective and well-informed approach to addressing the increasing social housing needs of Aboriginal familes-through strategic collaborations and networking activities and regular consultation with its membership.
